Accepted Offer, Now What?

Next steps, the buyer will be doing their Due Diligence, which is any/all checks of the property that is important to their decision of purchasing. It is imperative that you allow them to do their inspection and be flexible on the timing on allowing them into your home for that. The contract reads "seller agrees to cooperate with buyers due diligence".
They may have a roofer, electrician, plumbers, or others out to inspect portions of the property so work with them on timing, I will likely be in contact with you through this process as well for scheduling purposes. If we did a pre-market inspection, we can share this with them as well as share whatever ones you have remedied.
