The Home Inspection
Its time for the buyer's home inspection. You are more than welcome to be at your home when this happens, but please stay out of the inspectors way and let them do their job. They have a system to getting things done and if they have questions, they can come ask/find you to ask.
You can also ask the inspector if the buyer is planning on attending and when. Take off for when the buyer is there with his inspector, its super awkward if the seller is there, for the buyer as they don't feel that they can ask the questions to the inspector when the seller is there. Its a weird mental game and no one likes to play it.
Don't worry about taking off of work to be there for the inspector, they have the electronic keybox access to get into your home and they will lock up when they are done. The buyer wont be unsupervised within your home. The buyers agent may/may not show up to the inspection.
