Live on MLS, Now What?
Cool! We have your MLS number and your house is active on the market - so exciting!
We use a showing system that will send you text messages when you get showing requests. It takes some time for the MLS to communicate to the showing system to allow for me to set that up, but it usually is able to be set up within about 2 hours of the house being listed. If there are any showing requests before I get that system set up, I will just text you about them and will manually add them to the showing system once it is set up.
Remember that every showing counts! Lo and behold, you will get a showing request on that crappy, terrible day at work and you'll think "man, I really just want to sit and not leave my house", but its important to keep in mind the end goal to get you to where you want to be and the next thing! Every buyers that possibly sees it, could be the one that likes it and ultimately, buys it!
