Pre-Market/Marketing
Depending on your service level package that you selected when we met together for our strategy session, will determine some of the next steps.
We will plan to put up the sign 2 days prior to listing the home on the market (MLS). We will also plan for a broker tour (realtor tour for feedback) for some maximum exposure and to get some more industry professionals opinions on the home.
I am NOT able to publicly market the home until it is listed on the MLS. You as the homeowner can, but I cannot, based on the rules put out by the MLS that I have to adhere by.
