Our timeline starts now, as far as the days until closing, and you need to start your "Due Diligence" - research the neighborhood, research the crime statistics, look at the schools and district, check out the transportation for your children getting to school - as this is your time that you have that you get to freely choose to walk away from the transaction - for ANY reason, whatsoever.
