Earnest Money Submitted

Earnest Money needs to be submitted to my office within 2 business days (48 hours) of the contract being accepted. Contractually you have 4 business days from acceptance, but getting it turned in early is a great thing and helps a little with cushion timeframe if there are hiccups in getting the Cashiers Check. 

This money needs to be "Certified Funds" aka a wire transfer, or a cashiers check (as it is same as cash) but the Earnest Money cannot be cash, so this is the next best thing. 

I am going to do my best to protect your earnest money from forfeiture, but you need to make sure you are doing all of your due diligence thoroughly.
