Repair Time
If you did the pre-market inspection, we should have a list of things that need to be fixed. If not, think of things that haven't been working for a while. Like a dishwasher that doesn't drain right, or the AC that doesn't seem to be working to full effect - we need to know these things so we can get them repaired before your house is on the market. It is better to get them fixed now, before they come up in an inspection and scare off a buyer.
Through the process, you may have a buyer that requires certain repairs, these need to be done through licensed contractors and of similar craftsmanship as to whats currently on the property, or better.
